There’s an unexplored street food park on Satara road supported by PMC & you don’t know about it!

Street food in Pune has always had its share of issues in terms of permissions from PMC and hygiene problems quite often reported by customers.

But today, we want to tell you about a first of its kind street food park free from all above mentioned issues and has been around for more than a year on Satara road! Not just free from issues, but this unexplored street food park has been dishing out delicious foods of cuisines ranging from staple chaat to gourmet pizzas! Don’t be surprised if you see a couple of swanky food trucks dishing out fancy gourmet cuisines!
The name of this food park right next to PNG jewelers on Satara road is called Mudra Food Court and is officially approved by PMC. With no fear of ‘kaarwai’ happening, Self Help Women Groups are happily running the show since mid 2020. The PMC has even arranged for charging points at the tables and the project is a part of the smart Pune city plan.
At Mudra Food Court, we tried panipuri, pizza, chai, hot coffee, pavbhaji, famous Mewad ice cream and felt so content. But a lot was left to be tried and we will do that in the next visit. Until then, take your family to this pure veg street food court and support the self help women groups!
