They roll out thin momo dough and it comes with a generous filling of finely chopped cabbage and onion. They are coated with cornflakes and deep fried until golden brown. Six momos are served on a plate with freshly prepared schezwan chutney and mayonnaise sauce. We simply loved these crunchy, juicy and delicious Kurkure momos which will compel you to give the regular steamed ones a pass.
They have got the non-veg lovers covered too with their Chicken Kurkure momos. The preparation for this remains the same but the filling, which is a mix of finely minced boiled chicken, onion, garlic paste with spices.
