2. Ganesh Bhel
Another super successful and super clean chaat joint from Pune lies in the heart of Karve Nagar. For decades, Kothrudkars swear by the hygiene and the flavours of Panipuri at Ganesh Bhel. Panipuri water here is made strictly with mineral water only. Using gloves while handling the food is one important practice here. This brand popped up a few years back and their spotless bright thelas caught Punekars attention quite easily. The Panipuri here’s not just hygienic with use of mineral water, but you also get options of Puris to choose from. Both the Rawa and Maida puris are made in-house. 4. Jaishankar Panipuri
Punekars living in the eastern part of the city swear by Jai Shankar Panipuri! Manmohan Chaat is probably the very first thela in Pune that served the city its first taste of panipuri. Urbanly had featured Manmohan exclusively as the cleanest Panipuri thela in Pune. They make their own puris in the factory and water used is RO purified making it a totally safe eating experience. This place may come across a little unexpected, but Wadeshwar panipuri is a unique one. If you’re here with your gang, order a basket of puris. You also get tikha paani and mitha paani along with it.
