Amidst the hustle of up and coming restaurants in Pune, our latest discovery is Cafe Herald. The building that was once home to the printing press for Pune’s first English newspaper, Pune Herald, has in the last three years become home to Camp’s beloved, Cafe Herald. Cafe Herald nestled in East street, Camp reminds the people of the city to sit, hit pause and unwind. Moreover, one can enjoy the cafe’s culinary offerings along with their relaxed ambiance. Kunal Gore, the owner of Cafe Herald, decided to preserve the original interiors and exteriors of the old printing press when converting it into a café. As you step into Cafe Herald, time seems to stand still amidst its vintage atmosphere and raw charm. It’s a place where conversations with friends flow effortlessly, making hours feel like minutes.
