But it seems that the phrase was ‘Made in Pune’ and inspired from a gem of a wadapav place named ‘Shri Krishna Wadewale’ in Sahakar Nagar. This family run wadapav shop since 1970 has been serving the biggest pav that accommodates 2 vadas easily!
Originally this place was a bakery and they baked these unique pav, grand in size, and started serving with their own wadas which are extremely tasty and fiery. You’ll usually find the place very crowded and every customer holding that staple ‘2 Vada 1 pav’ with a wide smile on their face.
The batata wadas are extremely tasty and are fried strictly in the highest quality groundnut oil. This assures no side-effects which we usually face after any average wadapav.
