He knew nothing but how to make mithai. Something he says his parents and grandparents did back in Rajasthan for years now. So he did what he knew best. He started making mithai. And they’re yum yum yum!!!
Very nominally priced, he’s selling mithai, pakwan and the most amazing achaars. The Rajasthani flavours are so refreshing for us Punekars. I’ve been licking my fingers since I touched the mirchi achaar. But I’m completely biased for the mohanthal he’s making. Soft and just the perfect amount of sugar and melting in the mouth is the definition of it. What’s exclusive you ask, he gets ghee from Rajasthan. Fresh!!! Everyday!!!
