Barrio Rooftop Kitchen and Bar is the newest party destination in Pimple Saudagar. Everywhere you turn you cannot miss on the 360 degrees of the bestest, uninterrupted view of the town. And wait for the best part, the bar here is HUGE, probably the longest in town.
When I visited the place, the sun was about set and the sky had turned pink. The color of the sky had had poured all over the place and the vibe of the place was all but hypnotising. Believe me, it has nothing to do with the never-ending Bar in front of me. The elegantly done interiors and chandeliers are perfectly placed to add to the super cool vibe of the place. Any corner you sit, you are ensured to get an uninterrupted view of the skyline of the city.
In the last 3 months since the place opened, the response has been nothing but surprising. The place is best suited for private parties, anniversaries, corporate events and of course the nightlife. The party area is enclosed and it is AC. The open rooftop mezzanine is a different section altogether.
Apart from the amazingly planned menu, the cocktails are a delight. Do ask the bar manager to serve their special 6 shots cocktail, their special twist on Emily Shooting in the Head (it’s just a cocktail!!) Pair it with their special Lapeta Kebab. Its chicken stuffed with mushrooms and cheese. It’s a total melt-in-the-mouth dish.
They are also offering a lunch buffet for as low as ₹ 545/- on the weekdays, serving up to 25 different varieties in it.
