You’ll be thrilled to know that Harshawardhan Cold Drinks serves almost 60 varieties from one tiny kiosk! Yes, so much to offer that you wouldn’t stop with just one drink!
This cold drink house is run by Harshawardhan Bhandari. In the beginning this joint used to only serve Limbu Sherbet, Kokum Sherbet, Neera and Aam Panha. Later, Harshawardhan introduced a few more flavours. Looking at the response he went on with launching new flavours of Soda and Sherbets.
We visited this kiosk and were amazed to see the crowd here only for sodas and sherbets! We ordered a few of their famous drinks. Within a few seconds the sodas and sherbets were ready and served to us.
First we tried their ‘Karvanda Sherbet’. One sip and you’ll feel relieved. A tangy and sweet Karvanda syrup is mixed in chilled water and then topped off with Chat Masala. Right amount of sweetness and sourness makes this sherbet a hit.
The next one was ‘Pudina (Mint) Soda’. Soon a glass filled with bubbling soda was in front of us. The soda is poured so fast that it literally starts flooding out of the glass! One sip of this drink and you’ll pucker your lips to the maximum. If you’re dealing with indigestion problems, have this drink without any second thoughts.
The last one is the best one to cool your head this summer! ‘Wala Sherbet’ is a heaven of sweet and earthy flavours, that is basically Khus! This drink will definitely refresh your soul. This chilled earthy and sweet goodness is nothing else but simple bliss in itself!
