We are hardcore Pav Bhaji lovers, so of course first we tried the new Pav Bhaji on the menu! Roopali surprised us with 3 crispy buttery Pavs unlike any other place in Pune! Usually, you get pav just toasted from outside. But here, it is toasted from inside as well giving it a nice golden crunch. On the other hand, mouth-watering Bhaji is so homely and not too mushy. Topped off with generous butter which slowly melts into the Bhaji. Not too spicy or masaledar, Pav-Bhaji at Roopali will definitely give you a homely feeling with every bite. Chole Bhature made a grand entry right after Pav Bhaji and how! Hot, soft and fluffy Bhatura is the star here. Not too oily or chewy, this Bhatura literally melts in your mouth. Chole preparation is hearty and chunky cooked in a thick tangy gravy. A perfect choice for non-spicy lovers. The spices also don’t overpower each other. Making this dish a hearty meal!
Not to forget that both the dishes are pretty light on your wallet. Pav-bhaji is for just Rs.130/- (includes 3 big buttery pav) and Chole Bhature for Rs.100/-. These new dishes are available at Roopali between 12pm to 11pm making it an all-day snacky meal.
