We decided to explore the menu, starting with Chicken Tandoori, which almost every non-veg lover would like to start a meal with! With spot on flavours, buttery, cooked and charred to perfection, it was juicy from inside. All signs of chicken marinated well using perfect ingredients were seen. For the non-veg main course, we ordered Murgh Musallam with a Kerala Parota, Chicken Malvani and Muttom Kheema. The Murg Musallam had perfectly marinated chicken cooked in the gravy made from fried caramelized onions and tomatoes with spices adding to the flavours and garnished with cream on the sides. Chicken Malvani, as a dish, was served with separate chicken sukka (fry) and the Malvani rassa. The sukka was fried well in the dry coconut masala and cooked to perfection. The Malvani rassa was also coconut based, meant for having it piping hot with the spoon or with the sukka and roti. Another non-veg dish which caught our eye from the menu was Mutton Dalcha and rice. This specialty dish was available on the menu 24×7, which is otherwise not seen in other restaurants.
For vegetarians, the highlight has to be the Paneer Laung Latta. This dish was something unique that we tried. The dish consisted of a pea paste which is delicately wrapped in paneer, and secured with clove, and then cooked in a rich, tangy tomato gravy. The flavors were subtle yet satisfying, and showcased the effort and attention going into creating this dish.
The other vegetarian dish we tried was Paneer Veg Matka Handi, served in a beautiful earthen pot with coal! This made the dish not only interesting to look at, but added the smokey flavor to it. This restaurant has multiple options for both vegetarians and non veg lovers making it the best place for large groups of people. Whether you are in a mood for quick bite or lavish spread with more than a 100 people! This restaurant is a go-to for spontaneous gatherings and large groups. Which also stands out for its exceptional service and flavorful dishes. It is a loved by locals for its consistency and welcoming vibe.
