Priced at a mere ₹189/-, this buffet offers 9 dishes including Ghee Plain Dosa, Ghee Masala Dosa, Idli, Medu Vada, Ghee Podi Dosa to Ghee Podi Masala Dosa, Lemon Rice, Filter Coffee and Pineapple Sheera.
We relished the Ghee podi masala dosa, made from rice with a hint of sweetness to it, which is sourced especially from South India. Served with two types of freshly prepared chutneys and piping hot sambar with mild sweet notes to it. With delicious potato masala filling and a coating of gunpowder podi on the inside, this dosa is sure to give you a burst of flavours. Desi ghee used for the preparation is sourced from Bangalore.
Lemon rice or Chitranna turns out to be this flavorful, tasty and tangy combination. The soft rava idlis and the medu vada are superb too. Coming to pineapple sheera, a popular dessert from Karnataka, with its smooth texture and sweet fragrance of pineapple, it is sure to impress you.
