Did you know Pune has been hosting an International level dance festival for the last few years? Yes, the dancing community of Pune headed by their star, Prerna Nepali, have been putting together this festival for the last 5-6 years now! They call this festival ‘Waackspace India’. This year’s dance festival in Pune is happening on 3-4-5 November’23 at multiple venues.
This year, Waackspace India is hosting a 2 day Latin Bachata dance workshop and it will be conducted by the best in the industry. Dancers all the way from Poland, South Korea and Copenhagen are flying down to Pune and are teaming up with stars from India to host these workshops.

It is not just going to be workshops only. You can witness live electrifying dance battles, Dance Shows by international artists and even participate in the Latin sundowner party at Hyatt Regency! This weekend is going to be an opportunity to learn the Bachata moves and use them to woo the people in these festive parties.
On the first day, the Bachata workshop will be happening at K6 Fitness Studio. The day will conclude at High Spirits cafe with Waackspace Finale which is a show night followed by after party. Day two starts early and has 2 workshops. First being a Bachata workshop conducted by the masters Ash and Prerna herself! The second workshop will be of Afro Animation by Shreya Shetty and mind you, this is a very unique dance form you’ll get to learn. The day will end with a grand sundowner party with Latin and Floral themes. This party has some crazy dance performances planned. It is going to be an epic one!
