Tune yourself into a nostalgic evening with Lakshya Bhatnagar this Wednesday. Our most loved musician is finally returning to his home city, Pune, with a long due public performance!
The real breaking news is that it will be the debut of his new band ‘Lakshya’ at SWIG on 12th of April.
We are super excited about Lakshya performing all original songs of his newest songwriter project called ‘Lakshya Bhatnagar’. The band’s original melodies are composed, sung and also written by Lakshya Bhatnagar, the OG Punekar Rockstar!
On the other hand, the team that brings these songs to life are Ankit Sinha (Keyboard artist & producer of the album), Sharad Nirmalkar (Guitarist), Gourav Tiwari (Drummer), Bijoy Pallissery (Bassist).
Interestingly, all the songs of this album are inspired from real life experiences of Lakshya Bhatnagar. The musician says “These are not just songs, but pure nostalgia of emotions which everyone can relate to”. An amalgamation of emotions such as love, happiness etc. will transport you to the good old days of your life! All the original songs that will be performed by Lakshya Live are purely of Pop-Rock Genre.
On 12th April, Lakshya Bhatnagar will also be launching his newest original song too! As Lakshya says, this melodious evening won’t be just about the songs he has written. But it will be an amalgamation of all the musicians in the band, bringing their own personality and talent.
While talking about his love for Pune, Lakshya also mentioned, “Pune has always showered him with love and immense support. Also this city has always been a hub for upcoming artists like us and a place of creative and original talent”. Hence without a second thought, Lakshya Bhatnagar and his team thought of launching their band from this city.
