Review
Prathamesh Parab as Dagdu is back in his true colors after we all missed him in Timepass 2. But this return isn’t as glamorous as we all expected it to be. The film starts off with Dagdu finally passing his 12th after 3 years of failure. Now he has decided to become a sophisticated, civilised and honest person. This behaviour of his makes Palvi fall in love with him which he doesn’t want. That’s where the story starts to move forward.

The musical trend which Timepass set back in 2015 is completely missing in this one. Not a single song looks properly placed and just takes you out of the film completely. The number of songs are way way more than this film needed.

Hruta Durgule plays the new love interest of Prathamesh Parab. Parab doesn’t disappoint but Hruta just can’t catch up with the tapori accent. Vaibhav Mangale as Shakal is back at his best again. Sanjay Narvekar’s addition as Dinkar Bhai is quite interesting. The supporting cast of Parab’s friends becomes irritating after a point.

The quantity of humor is preferred more than quality in this one. There are a few gags which will make you laugh till your stomach aches but again they are so scarce in this long film that it gets boring and stagnant after a point. The first half is bearable but the second half becomes very slow.

The Marathi film industry doesn’t actually need such films right now. Ravi Jadhav’s Timepass 3 is quite literally Timepass and if you have time to waste then you can give this one a try.
