Synopsis:- Janhit mein Jaari is a story of a girl whose decision to work in a condom factory creates a rift in her life and causes her to tussle between a social cause and her family.
Do you call a condom ‘Condom’ or ‘Chhatri’?
Review:- The story is fast-paced, and by that, I mean very fast. Everything happens very quickly, right from the beginning of the film. As soon as the Audience gets to taste a scene and is imbibed in the story a newer one is ready to be served. The film takes place in the small town of Chanderi, M.P., India. It’s filled with lots of scenic landscape shots which act as eye candy in the movie.
A pure comedy-drama with An inspiring social message along with excellent actors to support Nushratt Bharuccha in the first half of the movie whereas the second half is equally uplifted by the magnificent acting from Nushratt and Vijay Raaz. The film takes on the societal taboo regarding condoms and people’s misunderstanding of condoms has been written and presented extremely well by the Writer Raaj shaandilyaa and Director Jai Basantu Singh. The film shows why it is important to have sex education in schools and why it’s also important to make people aware of the so-called ‘Taboos’.
From the jokes to the bundelkhandi language and its beauty to Landscape shots, everything is entertaining in the movie. The movie is Entertaining, Empowering and Educating. A must-watch for everybody.
