What amazed us is their unique and catchy combination of egg dishes served in the form of gravies and rice.
This is the same food joint, which was once known as Reshma Bhurji centre! This legendary place has been run by Asif Mistri and his brother-in-law Sarfraz Shaikh, for 8 years.
Unique as the name is, the taste and mixture of all the egg gravy dishes is a total blast of flavours! Crazy egg combination dishes such as- ‘Anda Cassata’, ‘Anda Kirkiri’, ‘Anda ChavChav’, ‘Anda Takatak’, etc. From mild flavours to extreme spicy, you have egg gravy options as per your taste. Egg Rice dishes here are also a true filling meal for our appetite. A package full of flavourful spices and ingredients, one can either have simple ‘Anda Rice’ or the distinctive ‘Anda Mughlai Rice’.
Not only is their main course filled with uncommon dishes to choose from but they also have a variety of options in egg starters such as- Boiled Egg Fry, Anda Chilli, Half fry and many more.
Not to forget the one that accompanies all these and makes all gravies even more delicious. ‘Lachha Paratha’ served with these egg-gravies is the unsung hero at Naaz Bhurji Centre. Freshly made in-house, it is served piping hot. A soft, thin paratha topped with a generous spread of butter has little sweet taste to it, making this Lachha paratha a bang on!
You also get other options for accompaniments such as Pav, Roti, Butter Naan etc. To gulp all this deliciousness, we suggest you have just one chilled bottle of soft drink or Solkadhi and you’re done!
