It was a rainy day, when we visited this quaint little restaurant for lunch; K Restaurant in Aundh is known for their authentic Korean cuisine, which they serve with an endearing smiling staff.
The head chef, from South Korea ensured our palates were pleasured with agreeable spicy food.
This place has been a home away from home to more than 1500 Korean population in Pune for the past 4+ years.
The place is thronging with Koreans all day long and more so on the weekends. But that doesn’t deter the Pune locals.
Between the fragrant ramen bowls, seaweed rolls and kimchi, Korean, Japanese, Hindi and Marathi banter fills up the restaurant.
Besides food, the restaurant serves Korean beverages like Soya, Coffee, flavoured Milk imported from South Korea.
While the restaurant does deliver food in a limited area, the staff suggests eating at the restaurant, to enjoy food that is served hot, especially the freshly made handmade noodles.
So, whether it is cold, hot or even a drizzly day, or just in the mood to enjoy visit this place.
The home made chilli oil topped in every dish will ensure no traces of cold are remnant in your system.
