Have you ever had your supper amidst a forest? If no, then you must head to this place on Apte Road! With lush green surroundings this place is exceptionally done and the vibes you get here are unmatched! You will witness all the possible shades of green. Doing complete justice to its name, the place would bloom your mood just after stepping in the mini forest that they’ve created.
Recently at Bloom, they have come up with a ‘Supper Club’ wherein, every weekend they plan to host a Dinner with Different Chefs/Home chefs. The motive is to discover and introduce us to incredible culinary experiences.
The first Supper Club dinner is being hosted in collaboration with the Nomad Food Project which is a modern Indian seven-course meal celebrating the beauty of Indian vegetables!
What is there in the 7 course meal?
Wheat Crisps, Smoked Butter, Onions– a quarter of mildly seasoned Khakara was topped first with smoked loni sauce.
Jackfruit Tacos- Pickled cabbage, Indian version of Mexican tacos.
Harbara Hummus, Fondant Potatoes, Chillies
Ash Gourd, Coconut Sauce, Pistachios- The white pumpkin sliced chunk grilled and was served with coconut sauce and roasted pistachios crumble.
Strawberries, Shrikhand, Oats Crumble– A bowl with strawberry sauce at the bottom topped with some oats crumble and a spoon of shrikhand.
The portion size of each recipe is well thought. The course starts with small portions of dishes, gradually the portion size increases till ramen and again it drops dish by dish till desserts.
